Recroitre Team has got absolute top-notch designer & developers. I am super particular about aesthetics, and we run a 700K visit a month website that gets 40% desktop traffic and 60% mobile... we couldn't just throw together something that looks great on desktop but awful on mobile, or great on mobile but awful on desktop. What they built for us was a gorgeous theme that every reader I heard from loves (I've never heard of that before; everybody complains when you change website theme usually), and he helped us streamline a lot of our Drupal Views on the backend too. Communication got a little sluggish at one point as we neared the finish line, but once I let Anil know this was a problem he was on Skype with me every day all day until we finished the project. 5 stars, top dev, and I'm rehiring this team immediately for help on other parts of the site.
