This was our second major project with Recroitre, focused on website speed optimization. Our web pages took on average 4.5 seconds to load; we set a goal of average load times under 2 seconds. I wasn't certain we'd be able to hit it, but team worked some magic and we got there. As a result of this speed optimization, in just the first month after the upgrades, our website traffic from search increased 36% (no small feat when you're already doing almost a million visits a month) and set a number of new records for us, after 9 years of operation... and revenues have seen a concomitant boost as well.
